Search & Selection

The very first step that we will take in your recruitment search is by listening to your needs. In the majority of cases we will come to your business to discuss your brief, the role and your requirements but also to ascertain a deeper understanding for your business and to glean a feel for your business culture so that we can find the best possible candidates for the role.

We will work on the profiles using various search & selection methods including listing the vacancy on our own website and through our entire database of candidates. We interview candidates to your specifications so that only suitable people are sent to you for your approval.

Once the role is briefed and we find a potential candidate, your Recruitment Consultant will liaise with you to ascertain the following:
  • A timetable for the recruitment process
  • Your availability for 1st round interviews
  • Having agreed interview dates with the candidates, we will then brief you on the candidates prior to your interview.
  • Post interview we gain feedback from the candidate
  • Post interview we gain feedback from you
  • We notify both successful and unsuccessful candidates of the outcome
